Have you been training for an event? Perhaps it’s a big cycle day or the annual Bridge to Brisbane or your daily run/cycle commute to work? The leg muscles are strengthened from all that fantastic movement, but do you remember to lengthen and release those legs from that exertion? Yoga is a runner and cyclers secret weapon, train hard and recover faster when you combine the two.

Find and address those aching muscle points. These are areas that are most often overused, underused, misused, or even abused and can be the catalyst for pain and injury. Stretch and explore the multitude of ways to use self-massage techniques and corrective exercises with tune-up balls™ to reset your body back into complete physiological balance and feel the best you’ve ever felt!
