Meeting a need in our community. We started with a beautiful space with floor to ceiling views of trees, blue skies, natural breezes and a sense of spaciousness where everyone feels at ease to practice. Experience diversity in your practice by embracing many yoga styles.

We’re not your regular yoga studio. Tawa Yoga was created for the yogi who doesn’t need or want a ‘yogi’ title to fit in. Where you come to practice and connect as a community with laughter and joy, that’s what Tawa means after all!

Our students tell us how they have searched and stayed with us because Tawa ‘feels like coming home’; they are ‘seen as individuals’; there is ‘no pretence, judgement or pressure’. Everyone is welcomed and accepted.
